I suppose the only reason I hate this price tag (depending on what is contained in the dlc) is because back in my day (yes I may sound old but I'm not that old) you could get a shit ton of story (and even now you can) for only 60 bucks.
This 40 dollar expansion wouldn't be so bad if Bungie fixed a whole lot of issues that still remain in Destiny (i.e, trading, cutscenes skips, offline mode, et cetera). Maybe I sound like I'm demanding a lot, but my biggest question is when did games become more about entertaining company wallets than consumers?

You say trading is a problem in this game, but I don't think trading is a part of what makes up Destiny. Yes it would be great to have some sort of trading system but I don't think it works with how we play Destiny. Also Destiny is built to be an online game, offline mode is not a possibility.

Your telling me you never paid &15 bucks for three cod maps, of battlefield maps or halo maps?

The game isn't about story. And some of the things you want will never happen, such as offline mode, and hopefully trading will never happen as well. I personally think TTK is well worth it for the vast amount of extra content included.
