Warning: The order the following series' are laid out may be somehow fairly inaccurate.
Supreme Commander > Warframe > Warhammer 40k, in some respects > Halo, in some respects > Mass Effect > Star Wars.
Sorry, giant base building mechs which in turn churn out armies in minutes, and within the hour, could nuke everything.
I hope you're talking personal opinion and not who would win in a fight

Spoiler'd. Lots of text. Many options. Most of which would probably be very harmful endings.
There is a fairly high chance of UNSC probably faltering, but the Covenant back in their glory days were vast, powerful, and mostly had shields. Their ships had surface-glazing weapons the Empire did not (they had unusually vulnerable superstations and ships with bridges which could be sliced off with a Collector ship / Reaper Destroyer [Giant melting beam?] ). Ofcourse then there's the seemingly infinite Tyranid hives, Necrons, Flood (would spread VERY QUICKLY due to biological infantry everywhere), Promethean Knights (Hard Light, shields, teleport, scary to some), Geth (who can drop from the sky, hax, communic8 2fast4u, and acted in self-defense, plus have a gigantic fleet), Reaper Indoctrination, the Tenno (warriors of gun and blade who can run on walls and all sorts of stuff, are silent, and could probably wipe out a Star Destroyer's population before they could officially sound the alarms), then ACUs, which can pop up a base on their own in a few minutes... Then again, Time Lords. In your own order, how ugly would one's death be?
Since Tyrannids are completely organic, the Flood could infect them and beat them, right? Though I doubt they could beat the Necrons, seeing as those sleepy soulless skeletons are nonorganic.

You're thinking of only movie Star Wars

I'm afraid I've not delved as deep into the canon, but if there are any weapons that would counter the many threats, they wouldn't last forever.

Centerpoint station could wipe any major organization. Sun crusher could wipe entire star systems.

Don't forget the star forge

Halo Array.

Centerpoint the halos.

They won't be able to destroy all of them before they fire. There was 12 Halos. The Ark can easily start work on replacements and have them ready to fire within the hour (although it would be one-use, waste of resources; waiting 'a few more days' for it to be available for reusable firing would be too long in this instance). Besides, I doubt they'd know every Halo's location.
