Sometimes it's just lag. Week 1 of trials I had really bad lag one day. The enemy and I could not trade damage at all but I could revive my team mates. It made for a hilarious loss as my team mates had over 20 deaths a piece, and the enemy always captured the zone.
I think this horrible lag is cause by bungie ensuring players are not kicked to orbit thus allowing for the line to be pushed further then it has been in the past. Anyways as long as they lost I wouldn't worry about it.

week one of trials prompted bungie to inform us that cheating was rampant.
-
Not saying there are not cheater, just reminding people lag is real and those who have lag should not be punished for something they have no control over
-
That is what keeps us from going to the lighthouse lol

Did they beat you? If so did the guy who was lagging get kills or just his team mates?
-
His team mates. We were all trying to kill one guy and his team came behind wrecked us because of the other guy soaking up all the bullets

Sounds like he had the same thing happen to him that happened to me. Here is what you do in the future if this happens: First remember the name of the lagger and don't bother shooting him. Second equip shot guns. Third kill the other 2 guys with primaries (it's really 3v2 so this shouldn't be hard.) fourth win out your shorties and aim at the dead guys bubbles as soon as they are revived kill them. If you follow these simple steps you'll have super by the end of round 1 and win every round by simply capturing the point.

That is a great strategy. Do you run xbox one?
