No. One of the basic premises of the game is your rewards based on your time investment into the game and your characters. A trade system will spoil the experience for people because they can just have great gear handed to them with no investment into the game.

Maybe what you are rewarded is completely random, but you still had to complete an activity to get something. You had to do Heroic strikes to get coins to buy stuff from Xur, you had to do a Raid to get raid gear. The rewards are up to RNG, but you still have to DO something to get those rewards.
