And then we make a Jurassic Park?
-
Hopefully. And we will do it right this time so everybody does not get killed.
-
Yeah and we don't follow the stupid logic of creating an Ultra T-Rex that is aware of everything.
-
Exactly
-
Not anytime soon
-
don't worry. that's not going to happen.
-
hope not. who wants to clean up dinosaur shit? they can drop 4 gallon turds for Christ's sake!
-
it would revolutionize the fertilizer market ;)
-
That sounds like at least a four person job. Goodbye unemployment problems.
-
heh, yep get all the welfare bums shovelling Dino Shit. that's a solved problem right there!
-
The benefits would far outweigh having to clean up after giant turds.
-
There would be no benefits
-
Just being able to see dinosaurs alive again is enough benefit alone. Then, there is also all of the medical and scientific benefits.
-
Well, it would be extremely dangerous since if they get loose it would be disastrous to any surrounding ecosystems and most likely keep spreading to others. When humans play god it never works out, just like that guy said in Jurassic park, natural selection chose them to die. We don't want to interfere with that
-
they would probably prefer our cows over us. even sharks don't like human flesh. to stringy for their taste. To bad they rip your arm out while tasting. :/ well your right about interfering with ecosystems of course. Still humans do it all the time. But we are far from recreating dinosaurs out of some long lasting protein so I don't think there is anything to worry for the next couple of years.
So will this make it possible to clone dinosaurs?
Inb4JurassicaPark

Its too early to say. But it will ultimately depend on whether or not they are able to find complete or near complete DNA samples
