Can anybody give me advice as to what I should spec for, when the best time is to use it etc.. I've been using a LOT in Crucible games and hardly used it in PvE. I know it kicks ass but I'm unsure what to spec for since they properly applied the Fusion Rifle patch. Any advice would be handy.
