Can the spear or Timur's lash drop randomly after rank 3 in this version of iron banner?

Are the weapon drops rank dependant in the iron banner?

Dunno but I have had the auto rifle drop at rank 2 and felwinters at 3 have not seen anything else drop for anyone

Yeah I got all of those really hoping for 1 spear. Or am I wasting my time cause it won't drop.
