Hydrogen? When I see that word I get an image of an explosion. I'll wait ten years of service before I get in one of those.

The hydrogen is "taken" from water (H2O means 2 atoms of hydrogen and one of oxygen) at the moment. And it will burn in the engine (as how burns the normal jet fuel in actual aircraft engines). This technic will also improve its speed.
