1 hour sessions, any more and you suffer an exponential decline in muscle gains/weight loss

Alright, and what would you suggest as a good routine for each day? I'm kind of expecting myself to go 3-4 times a week at most.

no start out 2 days a week. monday and friday. give yourself rest/recovery the first 3 weeks.
