The whole way through the trials the only weapons I saw were Thorn, Vex, assorted shotguns and the occasional hawkmoon. I'm trying to think of ways to diversify the weapons you see in Trials of Osiris but it's hard. My only current idea is: Add a percentage boost to the chances of getting loot in the rewards page. But this boost isnt simply achieved by equipping a auto rifle or some other less common weapon. Add say a 1% chance increase per kill with a uncommon weapon. This increase is not big enough to be ridiculous but could increase the diversity of the trials adding some nice unpredictable encounters for us. What do you think and do you have a better idea?
