Dose level 28 Prison of Elders give you treasure keys?
Hello guardians. My who question was basically stated in this posts tittle. And obviously that question is do PoE level 28 drop treasure keys. I'm trying to get treasure keys for my PoE 35 runs. Is farming HoW public events chests better than lvl 28 PoE, or dos 28 PoE even drop them. Thanks for the help guardians.
