Title says it, cloaks marks and bonds literally do nothing towards the gameplay of your character. I think there needs to be perks added to them, so they're not just a useless piece of armor there for looks. Don't get me wrong, who doesn't love to swag up your online character but I truly believe these cloaks, etc, are a waste of space. Titans for example, the look factor is almost non-existent. They just wear a towel... Personally, I just leave both my warlock and my Titan dedicated to factions, and really go all out with looks just on my hunter, because the cloaks are the best. But at the end of the day, I could care less about looks and just want a perk added to my cloak, maybe just to increase top speed or battle recovery or even armor.
