At current, our philosophy about endgame content is that part of the challenge includes forming up a team. This is a strong community filled with players who are looking for teammates. Why not seek each other out here and band together?

Stop sell us that bs about it being part of the experience of Destiny because all its doing is making many people mad. I have spent days looking for people to play with and got nothing. If there more game content like this coming out in year 2 then you will lose people guaranteed.
-
Just give it to us and your guys work might make people happy and want to play the game as it is I am thing about not getting the taken king

Another chance to shine in the weekly update today DeeJ

Well how about some in-game tools too seek others out?

I agree with this statement

600 likes and still no OMM.

deej you do know that everyone I and most other people friend to do a raid with I couldn't give two Sh**s about and just delete off my friends list afterward right?
-
-
Raids aren't really end game anymore. Several levels above. How about opening up normal mode on older raids for matchmaking? Then we build teams while we learn them (well people who haven't ran before). Then we get to see people in action instead of blind LFG. I do get the logic. Just trying for compromise now :P

Edited by Lost Sols: 8/9/2015 2:41:47 AMI know right. Unfortunately people would start making friends and Bungie would have to admit they were wrong and they're not going to admit they're wrong.
-
Requiring players to scour message boards and non-Bungie sites to form a group - something that is required to enjoy endgame content - is so very, very messed up.
-
Hey LFG come join up until the boss, then I'm gonna kick you so my lazy friend can get the rewards :P go LFG!
-
At current, my philosophy is -blam!- you
-
THATS WHAT LFG IS FOR
-
Your philosophy is still misguided. Make it optional and offer it instead of requiring it. You'll make a lot more fans that way. More choices Deej not less.

There most definitely should not be end game matchmaking! I doubt you would get very far anyway with a group you haven't played with. Find friends, form or join a clan, and get er done! It's not that hard.
-
I was in a clan. It dissolved as people stopped playing. I have a friends list. Many of them left or are not on when I play- or not enough are on to raid or want to raid. So it's off to the LFG sites - which is more of a hassle than what an optional in game matchmaking system would be.
-
Who cares if you wouldn't get very far? At least you could do it
-
Do you know over 50% of the time that I want to play and need to use LFG I just end up choosing to quit? Is that what yall want? I have a clan but they don't always play this game. Sometimes up late I just want to match up and play dammit. Id think yall would want that too. Or do you prefer for people to get invited thru LFG only to get booted at the end so their lazy friend can get on? Is elitism your end game? I just want to keep loving this game! Hope you read this...

Yes. They'd rather we not play than be able to play with randoms in-game. They're geniuses.
