Bugged Cloak?
I received a cloak from a legendary engram yesterday, it was called HLD_STARWINDER, but it looked EXACTLY like my Ghost Angel Cloak. I'm not sure about the description matching HLD_STARWINDER, but it definitely doesn't match the description of Ghost Angel.
It's on my Hunter if you'd like to see it.
