I agree with what you are saying. But the scorch cannon isn't very exclusive and it is not difficult to use. Charge, point, shoot. It is very similar to using a fusion rifle, actually.

Edited by Found_Verdict: 5/17/2015 12:13:50 AMYou're completely wrong, it shoots before it charges. 1) Shoot, let it explode 2) Shoot, hold, let it explode Imo the sticky doesn't do any extra damage, first option is almost always better. Source: 15+ Scorch Cannon uses

Completely wrong? Please explain to me how using the scorch cannon is so complicated? Lol

Edited by krachen: 5/17/2015 1:05:38 AMThe relic isn't complicated either. Just takes using it to get used to it. People need to use it to get the timing down of the charge and the charge does a lot more damage if you wait it out.

Ok. Maybe we should have a post to help new destiny players get past the title screen then as well. I'm done. Peace.

Actually, charging it does a lot more damage. I used a shot on a Fallen Walker during a public event and if you hold it for at least 10 seconds, sometimes more, you do a lot of damage. I was able to see the Walker's health move down a lot just from one charge.

Edited by Lupinskey: 5/17/2015 12:14:52 AMThe sticky does more damage, it has a 3 step charge depending on the step your in affects the damage.

No but people should get a chance and I'd rather them blow through 7-8 rounds now rather than in PoE
-
A lot of people don't know you can charge it, they use it as a rocket launcher.
-
I charge it up but when I press x or square it doesn't shoot? How do you shoot it after charging it?
-
Just let go of the trigger.

Just got to let them know after words via message. I have sent a couple and they were like "cool man, I'll give that a shot next time."
