Is the companion app going to be updated as well with this new patch? Cannot take items out of the vault via the app.
Also and update on what the ether keys are and how to locate them. I was with a group of about 5 on the 1st bounty and in the time frame we couldn't locate anything.

Just uninstall and reinstall the app it'll fix the problem that happened to me and that fixed the problem
