What is the exchange rate of shards and energy from the speaker? Is the trade in commendations +250 experience towards that faction or 250 marks? Im assuming experience but just want to make sure.

Commendation = +250 xp 1 shard = 1 energy * 1 energy = 1 shard * * This will also cost Glimmer.

I was under the impression that you could trade in old ascendant shards and energy for motes of light?
