Could you expand on this pls deej? Does this mean that if we cash any legendary it will reward nothing or just certain legendaries?

I think it means any engrams from the treasure chests and from HoW content will not be decrypt able. I just put them in my vault until HoW comes out

By what I'm seeing, the only engrams i'm not able to decrypt is the ones I get from the public event chests (the ones aquired from the "ether key").

Not just legendary engrams. But ALL blue and purple engram's. While I'm not sure, it looks like ANY blue or purple engram picked up after the update is not being recognized

Yes they are, only queen chests will not decrypt

That's only if you have anymore drop between today and tuesday. All others can be opened. The note sounded like to me thay it won't give you the option to open them. So save them for how. But all previous ones will open.

The commendations do add 250 rep but thats about all that works, the rest of the tower updates arent working. The update also changed xur,s inventory, i bought a stealth drive this morning & now theres a void drive in place of the stealth drive, i wanted that aswell so that was an added bonus. Shards/energies are still awarded in faction packages aswell.

Go back and reread the patch notes. It specifically says in the first paragraph that the majority of changes will not take effect until tuesday

It says as a footnote to save them and wait for HoW to go live. So Im guessing they must not be time stamped.
