Question about an upcoming change and I'd be grateful if it could be answered: Will rep from dismantling commendations post-patch go towards factions who's class items we currently have equipped?

How do you know? Not that I don't trust your answer, but the only thing I saw was in the weekly update a few weeks ago and it showed Crucible Commendations turning into crucible rep. No info on faction rep.

I saw a vid that gave him rep towards new monarchy. I'm assuming he was wearing the NM class item. Can't supply a link sorry.
