I'm not a CE raid professional, but if you do have some one appointed for oversoul stability, SGA will stand alone in doing so. See with the mulligan like perk, you know, missing a round then it returns to the chamber, the over soul responds to some hits, yet counts some hits as misses. Meaning you never lose bullets. But the shots that are counted deal great damage well enough to stabilize the over soul. But like i say I'm no CE professional. ..just thought I'd share that

That's kinda true. The perk triggers whenever you miss a target. The game doesn't count the Oversoul as a target, so all hits are counted towards the damage, it just gets almost all of those shots back.
