The real question isn't how life was created, but why?
English

There's not a reason. It was just a bunch of molecules that randomly were pushed together.
-
Your name gave me a hint lmao XD

Edited by Britton: 5/12/2015 3:52:35 AMBecause conditions were favorable. If the probability of something happening gets higher and higher, it will eventually be inevitable.
-
Because it happened for reason. Life finds the way most suitable.
-
The reason it happened is because it could happen.

Edited by Onxide: 5/12/2015 1:06:30 PMThat's one explanation, true.
-
The real question is, why does there have to be a "why" for our existence?
-
Edited by Onxide: 5/12/2015 3:53:20 AMIt's got to have a purpose, or not just our existence, but all existing life wouldn't matter.
-
It doesn't. We're a bunch of chemical reactions and matter.
-
Well if that's what you believe lol
-
Why wouldn't it? Do children that are "accidents" made by their parents not matter? Just because something doesn't have a cosmic purpose, doesn't give it any less value.
-
Lol a cosmic purpose? Wtf are you talking about?
-
An ultimate reason for our existence.

Who knows, maybe there is maybe there isn't, but it doesn't hurt to have some faith to comfort you...
Who knows, maybe there is maybe there isn't, but it doesn't hurt to have some faith to comfort you...
What are you seeking? Freedom, but from what? Suffering? All we have is now. You can have peace of mind by simply accepting the way things are. There's my comfort.
-
That's us. Most people turn to religion or spiritual motivation. I was referring to the population as a whole.

Well sure there could be one. I saying even if there isn't it doesn't make life mean any less. I think its better to know the hard truth and take it as it is, rather than a reassuring fable.

Edited by Onxide: 5/12/2015 5:04:24 PMSometimes surrender means letting go of trying to understand and becoming comfortable without knowing.
