Regular PvP I rock the Skull being tougher while throwing the bomb is clutch and a stronger energy drain is definitely needed. But for iron banner I usually use sunsinger with the radiant skin perk. With radiant skin I have full confidence running into a titan bubble and just wrecking the titan inside, scorch meele is probably the strongest attack in the game besides supers and shoulder charge. And I usually use voidfang for 2 sticky grenades every life.

Yeah, the energy drain duration is great. With soul rip, hunger and extended energy drain, your super bar loads so fast!

I think I use life steal with energy drain. I'm more of an aggressive player that tries to get as close as possible so when I can get a energy drain kill amongst a couple enemies I get my health back. I run thorn and found verdict almost exclusively, when I run out of special ammo you can definitely use the thorn as a shotgun kind of one shot followed by a meele usually kills everyone. I can't remember the perk on the new exotic Warlock gloves coming out, but I remember thinking they will definitely be fun to try out in pvp.

Edited by LWL Tom: 5/9/2015 4:44:42 PMThe VW equivalent for flame shield ones? Yeah they sound good. I usually run Bad Juju/Vex with Secret Handshake/Spear. I use Soul Rip over Life Steal as I don't mind dying in CQB melee situations and I like to collect as much super energy as possible for shutting down flag caps and/or Bladedancers/other class supers. I just like to rush them, especially at Heavy drops with Lance.

I just wish there one day will be an exotic that gives the voidwalker an overshield.
-
That's what those gloves do..?
-
Actually I was completely wrong! I forgot but they definitely sounds badass. The new exotic Warlock gloves grant a shield after any void light kills! That includes novabomb/grenade/energy drain. These gloves might be more handy than any of the helms out there
-
Yeah you confused me there lol I'm looking forward to trying them out!
-
Definitely
-
No. But I hope they make a voidwalker exotic that does give the Warlock an overshield somehow incorporated with the meele ability
-
If the melee ability counts as a 'Void Light' ability then Nothing Manacles will do that
-
They do. I can already tell you when I get them they are going to be my exotic in pvp lol
