Rng loot is in this game forever because Bungie favorites casuals over everything, and want the retarded people who have zero skill to keep coming back. It is an absolute asinine system, but bungie is clear all they care about is milking the casual players. They know the hardcore nerds will come back over and over even if they aren't getting anything. The only additions we will get, are what the people with money want to put in.
