As we all know by now, one of the most elusive feats in the arenas of the Crucible is to prevail unbroken; to wade through our enemies without halt and without meeting our mortality. So I pose this question to you all, have you strode through the Crucible's fires without so much as a singe? To those who have, share your tales with those who are your lesser!
I remember mine clearly, a small rag-tag fireteam of three facing off against a rival in a violent skirmish. We met on Mars, in a Firebase devoid of its creators. We held the abandoned halls steadfast against our rivals, and I stood tall against my them as my allies succumbed. Their sacrifices were honored as we achieved victory, my body unmarked by their light. A surge of adrenaline coursed through my veins as my victory was acknowledged. It was truly spectacular.
*Note: I went 26-0 in Skirmish with random teammates and opponents.
I'm curious to see the percentages here, so try to be honest! Oh, and staying in character is kinda difficult, y'know?
I have not. Though I personally feel medals like sum of all tears, won't be beat, on the bright side are more valuable. Ill probably never have unbroken because I play too hazardly and will stay on flags as long as possible even to death if it gives my team more time to make it back and save the flag. Every unbroken play I've seen is someone just hanging back and playing it safe. Rarely chasing down a kill. It's boring gameplay to me.
