There's some key aspects that are wildly different. Sometimes hard to pick out though.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. That's the name of the Church, we believe in Jesus Christ and that he is the son of God therefore we are Christian.

Edited by Bantwise Gamgee: 4/21/2015 10:13:38 PMThat doesn't mean a thing. I'm a Christian, yet lds people in my community and missionaries try to convert me. If lds are Christian, wouldn't they just accept the fact that I am as well, and get out of my hair? I'd also like to point out, just because of the name, doesn't mean anything. You can put a label saying 'mayonnaise' on ketchup, but that doesn't mean it's actually mayonnaise.

It's because Christianity is a category of religions. There is not just a "Christianity Church". Regardless of what other denomination you frequent we want you to go to our church and learn about how we interpret the bible and the Book of Mormon, it's as simple as that.

With my history with you guys, I have no intention to live like that. I've heard from almost all of you that appearantly you're Christian, even though your 'denomination' is radically different than any other. At one point I thought you were Christians, but that changed when I went more into depth of who you guys are. No matter, stay out of my face and I'll stay out of yours. You're lying to yourself, and the fact that the book of Mormon was made in America only makes it more ridiculous to me.

As a Mormon, you do realize that Mormonism is Christianity, right?
