Am I the only one who has NEVER had an issue with firefly using explosive rounds??

I never have the issue, but prefer the extra reserve ammo

Nope. Land precision kills all the time with explosive rounds.

Almost every single time I put on explosive rounds it kills the enemy but doesn't proc firefly because the non-crit explosion kills them

A lot of the time it's probably the explosion that kills the target so firefly doesn't trigger

I have never had an issue, occasionally the outlaw perk doesnt proc, but very rarely.

Yes , you probably are. Firefly hardly ever worked with explosive rounds. Without explosive rounds it works all the time

Probably lol when I tried explosive rounds firefly most of the time won't go boom lol
