Here is my standpoint on this. I want to believe in evolution. And logic tells me that evolution is real to some extent. We can see it easily with mutations And adaptations over a short period of time. But when I Look at something that seems simple, like some kind of bug, it makes me think there is no way something like evolution on it's own made something so complex. this bug does seem very simple. But then when we Look at the finer details of this bug we realize how complicated it really is.

So your point is: stuff is complicated, must be god?

Edited by Buck Baggalini: 4/12/2015 6:14:00 PMToo complicated for a series of cause And effect. And I haven't seen any tangible evidence that points to anything else. So Yeah. Stuff is complicated, must be God.

Its on my list of things I'm going to study. Right now I'm studying the hierarchy of needs. Then I'm going to Look into space. And then finally I'm going to Look up evolution. I get the basic concept But any Fine details that I know are probably outdated.

Edited by Britton: 4/13/2015 3:26:43 AMJust stick to proper sources. Also the cosmos series is good. Its on Netflix.

Yeah, but go old school with Carl Sagan. The original cosmos is what helped break my delusions on religion. I wish we had Mr. Sagan now. This country could really use his outstanding ability to educate the public.

If you want an amazing read, Carl Sagan's "A Demon Haunted World" is one of my favourite books of all time.
