After reading this I still can't believe people still buy plasma tvs especially if it's used to game smh if you are going to buy something that cost more than 500$ I would do some research

I've been playing on Plasma for a long time. It's great. The visuals are amazing. Amazing refresh rates, etc. Destiny is the only game to ever cause issues. A screen scrub fixed it.

For me, i can't stand the motion blur other flat screens have. My cousin left a72" lcd with me for a while. Hated watching tv on it. Got a60"plasma after he took his back and it's great. Never had much issue with burn in. The few times i have, I've been able to fix it with a few screen wash sessions.

Gotta get a tv with a good refresh rate if it's not plasma

I guess. Never really seen any that haven't bothered me.

It was bought in 2013 as the second best rated TV for picture quality and gives me no long term damage on any other game. So I would say it's a problem with bungie and their HUD design. And don't be so sure that the HUD doesn't burn in your lcd. It's already been reported to be happening due to the intensity of the white and yellows in the HUD.
