The red hand or similar
Its pretty much a more stable hawkmoon that can land many headshots reliably.
Timurs lash or other slow hcs are easy to strafe out of damage so its not as useful against decent or better players :/

Yeah the impact on Timur's looks beast in theory but IMO the fire rate is a real bummer for it to be good. I haven't used hawkmoon due to PSN exclusivity but the red hand is for sure awesome, I think it has one of the highest aim assists of hand cannons hence the easier headshots

I like how it can land 2 precision shots without readjusting your aim at max firerate, the 3rd drifts off target but its just a body shot to get the kill after that much damage That makes it very smooth feeling in pvp & powerful at 10shots/clip
