I REALLY didn't like any of these ideas ( tbh I read the first 3 and it was going nowhere) glimmer shouldn't take up inventory space as we have limited vault space and I don't know about where the -blam!- it would fit in with my 100+ heavy synth and all of my other materials as my inventory is also nearly full because of these. The commendation stuff was a bit confusing and I liked the idea of being able to trade up and down (marks for motes etc) but I don't agree on the 1/2 trade down thingy (pay 4 motes get 2 marks) just because that is stupid.

Obviously if currency was to change to an inventory item more space is required. The point was to have all currency items behave the same way, not all different ways like glimmer, marks and coins work currently. But thanks for the feedback :)

I can see where you're coming from but you would have to make some major alterations to the game for this to work and I'm not just talking about vault space, you would have to make how you earned each of them different and not keep it the same, plus you would have to make the game so that when you killed an enemy a square box didn't pop up on the side of the screen

Good point. I didn't consider the item grab graphic but that's up to Bungie to decide. Also I wouldn't except this change to be implemented as a patch. Maybe part of the DLC after HoW or even incorporated into Destiny 2.
