I would really appreciate this in the game, even if it was a one time use item you buy with glimmer or marks. No idea how that would be "realistically" explained in the item's description though. :/ Maybe make original character creation view look closer to what the actual lighting, color, etc looks like ingame and allow you to rotate view. When I made my character at the start I loved it, but when I saw it ingame, it looked different and not so loved anymore.
