Hard Light, the majority of people will say it sucks or it just isn't as good as other weapons, but I do really well in the Crucible when I use it.

My biggest issue with hard light is the animation. It doesn't act like it's stats say it should. With the right perks you can get a stability rating near suros... But it's irrelevant because your aiming reticle dances around like my 9 year old gone a week without his ADHD meds Compare it to Monte Carlo for example. It has higher stability but Monte Carlo is much, much easier to aim with and keep the dot stable, with pretty much the same rate of fire and impact. It was my first exotic ever... And I still love it...but if it actually behaved like it's stats say it should it would be the best auto rifle in the game

Volatile Light is awful. Skip rounds? Now there's a perk that'll strike fear into your foes! SUROS Regime heals you, for god's sake. Give Hard Light a perk that befits an exotic. Like Firefly or Mulligan or something useful.
