It's human nature to want to bond with people. It's kind of why the Destiny community is so amazing. We're pack animals by nature, and if there's one thing that always tugs at our instincts, whether we heed it or not, it's a cry for help. That in mind, what if Destiny had friendlies from the enemy races? Every race has dissonance. Humans aren't the only creatures that disagree and fight each other. We've already seen the pair of Fallen on either side of the Queen's throne in the Reef, so there's some for you. They don't follow the usual suspects. What if - and I may be reaching for stars here - there were random friendly targets that would pop out, say, not quite as frequently as public events? Maybe a Captain or a vandal caught a wild hare and decided to think against the current and his troops didn't like it too much? And how about the Cabal? It's already said that they're running from something. Say one legionary or so decides to realize the Guardians are fighting the same thing? The enemy of my enemy is my friend, as they say. That one forward thinker who decides his life doesn't need to get any harder than it already is... Or maybe he wants to complicate the hell out of it by deserting and waving at Guardians, I don't know. I'm not about to go grasping for threads and say the Vex and Hive are capable of birthing friendlies. The Vex are all of the same mind, and I think we're all satisfied knowing they're all out to kill us for digging up their peaceful little garden. As for the Hive, I do recall they are essentially made up of darkness entirely... Isn't the Shrieker sort of [i]made of hatred?[/i] I don't see friendlies out of those two... But the Fallen and Cabal? I can see it happening. So let me know, what do you all think? Am I thinking of something fun here? Or should I just go back to tracking down ghosts?
