Lost item from web site

Hi I was transferring my motes of light from my character inventory to my vault using the legend section of the website. The transfer window froze on me and I had to log out, when it happened I lost 3 motes of light ( I know its not many but it is the difference between an exotic engram and not this weekend.) Is there anything you can do Bungie? perhaps some strange coins as compensation as well ;-).

    • Bungie doesn't restore lost or dismantled items for any reason. Sorry, Guardian. As a side note, I suggest you avoid using any transfer methods other than the in-game vault until the problem has been fixed. Many people are experiencing the same issue.

    • Yeah I'm not sure that was the best move as they just added the mobile vault thingy.... There are probably some bugs and stuff
