It's stupid how you can only equip 1 exotic and they have the same attack value as a legendary. Exotics should have atleast 30 or so more attack than legendaries, this is why most legendaries outperform exotics. Buffing attack value will also not have impact on pvp. I guess bungie isn't really that smart/creative.

They are smart. We'd have to give them that. I"m not sure that they've fleshed all this stuff out just yet though. For whatever reason, but yes, I agree with you that if I can only equip 1 exotic, it had better be my strongest gun. But we know bungie also wants to keep the game a challenge at all times though balance.
