Turn brightness down to around 35% , contrast 65% and colour down until it starts looking washed out then adjust up until you're happy. Had no problems with my panny plasma whilst using these settings, the picture is a little dark but it's a small sacrifice to make. Hope this helps someone ☺

Good to know since the trends I have been following show that your TV is one of the ones that pick up the retention. Your the first one I have come across that successfully play the game on a TV that picks up the long term retention. And look at the lengths you have to go to avoid it. At least you prove its possible.

Yeah I've been careful, I knew when I bought this tv that image retention was bad, that's why I take steps to minimise it. These settings should help in regards to looking after your tv.
