Did it at 10am. Should still work. The trick is high agility and timing the jump.

When should i jump? I jump as soon as the Weight of Darkness tag disappears from my screen. Yes?

I would stay back towards the lamp until you hit 0 weight of darkness. Then sprint forward and jump for height. If your timing is slow, you will know it, because the burden will come back and drop you to the ground mid-jump. As long as you have the upwards jump going before the burden returns, you should be good.
