Makes me want to become a janitor now. Maybe its a plot to open up janitorial work around the world, and give those ppl jobs :P
But since its public and im sure the students will know, hopefully they use it in very important situations and play it smart. And hopefully students don't try top mug them for it.

Has anyone ever tried to mug someone carrying a gun that wasn't a police officer, military personnel, or security guard? In states with open carry, is there enough evidence to suggest that a group of unarmed people will try to rob an armed individual of his/her firearm? I don't think we need to worry about students mugging the janitor for his gun. Chances are guns are part of life in that area, if the school is willing to allow some of its employees to carry them on property and around children. Chances are the children know all about guns and probably more so than some people in other parts of the country where guns are not so prevalent.

Im just throwing a possible scenario. Plus, catching a janitor by surprise (in restroom while cleaning) and in numbers(gangs), im sure they can succeed. Playing devils advocate.
