It is a problem. Certain members will abuse tools available to them. But that doesn't mean those actions negatively affect the reported member. Feel confident if your post didn't violate the CoC and there should be no risk.

We meet again Shacker... I completely agree. The Report button is not a panic button. If you push it, you should know the responsibility that follows it. I see a lot of hate out there, but I have only pressed the report button a few times. A lot of those reported posts I see now say that they have been met with ninja justice. Use with caution.
