Instead of re-rolling it, all exotics should be exactly the same just with more options, sort of like what fang of ir hut and abyss defiant have, or additional muzzles or secondary perks. As an example, Super Good Advice doesn't revolve around the Crowd Control perk or thorn doesn't revolve around the final round perk, but Hawkmoon revolves around the luck in the chamber perk and truth revolves around the grenades and horseshoes perk so Hawkmoon and Truth can't be changed in the perk slot but for Thorn and Super Good Advice they can.

  • Super Good Advice may not revolve around the crowd control perk, but it sure is useful wen trying to take on groups of enemies. Especially when accuracy is low! You want as much damage for those hits as possible.

  • Then you don't have to change the perk on yours, but if another person wants to they should be able to change it.
