Is it really that surprising in a polarized society. When one side lumps all of the elements of the other side into one aggregate pool and demonizes the group as a whole. No critical thought, no discernment, just rampant hypocrisy. Or maybe its just not funny when the other side engages in the same tactics...

Scott Walker is a joke, completely owned by the Koch Brothers and has no college education.

2 RepliesEdited by BlaqSpiral: 2/28/2015 11:00:55 PMWe almost lost twinkies because of unions... they are a lot like Isis, petulant, deranged children. Also, Wisconsin is in a way better place because of him, so he can say what he wants.

Where I work we make medical supplies, these nuts while stopping shipping to make an extra buck cost our company millions of dollars we won't get back on our Christmas bonus. We had to air freight everything 100k per container. What about other real working Americans -blam!-em all for a quick buck. Thanks for being a selfish.

8 RepliesThe unions are causing problems. The people who work the ports are already getting good pay. They make like $50 an hour. Just quit! They're causing issues with shipping. The Toyota factory in my state has slowed its progress because they can't get their parts in time. Profit is hurting because of those jack wagons. Those a--holes are hurting the economy!

3 RepliesMy job is moving to the south because of the union. 5 years ago we were told they were going to build a new warehouse and relocate. They said we weren't getting a raise because our numbers were so bad. The union talked them into remaining in our area. That contract came and went. The numbers got even worse because people were mad that they didn't get a raise for 3 years. The company decided they were moving out of state. While people were pissed at the company, I was pissed at the workers. The numbers were so obtainable, I could have mine by lunch. Too many people hiding out, taking naps or watching movies. They ridicule workers and file grievances if you work a couple minutes before your shift or during lunch. They sit in your way when you try to work. If a supervisor picks up a part, people run straight to the union office. If you're not in the top 40 seniority, the union won't do a thing for you. Fast forward to present day. I'll be losing my $60,000+/yr job and $15,000/yr insurance by years end. I have no idea what I'm going to do. I could have gone south for less money and $250 more a month for insurance. Didn't sound appealing. I do know that while alot of people called me stupid for saying the place would end up closing, I was paying everything off. I only owe on my house and drive beaters. Those dumb asses were still blowing money. I've always been union and never had bad feelings for them until I was part of this union. I'm all for right to work, now. I'd love to see these lazy asses at their next jobs making less money for double the work.

9 RepliesEdited by Jones Burr: 2/28/2015 8:47:19 PMBeing from a right to work state and spending last year in the great white unionize north. I got to see unions closes entire factories for not meeting their demand. I got to see union labor take 6 months to build a structure that would take 6 weeks where I'm from. Economic terrorists seems about right.
