I play on a plasma, but I don't have image retention issues.

What tv model do you have?

It's a 50 inch Samsung. Bought it in 2007, I play all me games on it.

That makes sense. The newer plasmas have been the issue.

It also has a feature running in the background that sweeps the bright colors away, so that doesn't happen. I just assumed all Plasmas were built with that feature.
