Why trading would be good but ultimately bad

I don't care about trading

Everyone wants to be able to trade in Destiny, literally it’s in about every other forum post, but it really wont do the game any good. In fact it could hurt it. Lets look at the pros of trading. Friends who play together regularly could easily trade weapons as well as lend some. If your 32 friend is carrying you through a raid and your a level 28, he could get some armor you need that he doesnt. What would happen then is your friend gives you that armor that they DONT need and therefore you all of a sudden have the armor that you DO need. This seems effective because everyone complains about destiny being a grind and this would more or less eliminate that but you need to remember these services will be taken advantage of. If trading becomes implemented new websites and companies will pop up offering to sell you a gjallarhorn for lets say $20 or whatever and then thats when this takes a turn. People are now marketing with destiny, if you've ever played an EA sports game with ultimate team, you know it gets broken. For example in fifa there are companies that will sell you in game currency as well as some of the best players such as Ronaldo or Messi, the equivalent to a gjallarhorn. This system has gotten so broken to the point that on the website thefutshop.com it would cost app. £120.00 to buy the equivalent to a gjallarhorn. If a trading system gets implemented into destiny everyone and their brother who owns a gjallarhorn will start looking to sell and to you this may seem like a good thing but to Bungie, this is terrible. When creating this game, they intended on creating something new, something that they could produce and be proud of. They had no intentions of creating a new economy for items in a game that DONT REALLY EXIST. Not to mention this would lead to people starting to attempt to hack more players accounts knowing that their items in a game that once again DONT REALLY EXIST may have value to them in the form of real world currency. You may think of trading as a nice little loaning system or a way to avoid the grind but the reality of it is that rich boys with tons of money will be the new xurners earning their weapons only because of that advantage, a bunch of accounts will be getting hacked and stolen from and Bungie is going to have to deal with some legal troubles when an 8 year old kid uses his parents credit card to buy an item in a game that DOESNT EXIST. Not to mention being able to just get items with little to no effort would take the fun out of the game, just an additional thought
