The legend of SmoggyPluto

(Original credit, goes to WedgedLamb, who posted this golden reply on http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/93312725/0/0 )
I've played with SmoggyPluto before, I'll tell you, that bro deserves it. He's always got his teammates back. He'll jump in there when your taking fire. Literally took multiple bullets for me. One time I lost my dog and he found it for me. He lent me money when I was behind on bills. Taught me how to change a tire. Honestly I can't think of anyone who deserves the gjallahorn more.
It made me laugh, as did the response to it. So I figured I'd post it so we could all share our stories of this legendary guardian. Smoggy, we salute you. Edit: Loving the response so far, keep them coming guardians. I wonder if/when Smoggy will see this? What would he say? Edit2: We are now trending. Edit3: These responses required archiving. • Smoggy, if theres 2 things i cant forget, they are my name, and the marvelous tales i heard of Smoggy growing up. I was a little peasant boy just fiddling around trying to find my place. I had just taken up this job as a bean picker and the pay wasnt the best bt as long as i could buy my family the 2 eggs and cornbread we ate for dinner, id be accomplished. Well one day as i had just collected my 3 gold coins, this dog ran up to me and knocked me down. I was walking by a river so when i fell over, i dropped the coins in. The water was far too deep to dive for. I was angry and the dog looked at me in a mockingly fashion. How was i gonna stop my family from going hungry? Thats when i ran into the man himself, Smoggy. I recall hearing stories of what he looked like and boy were they right. He was tall, had this elegant build with golden hair locks and a masculine beard. He patted me on the head as i looked up at him in amazement. He said, in the most thunderous, yet soothing of tones "Whats the matter young one, has a dog knocked you over causing the coins you were gonna use to buy dinner with to fall deep within the ghastly waters?" I replied with a nod and sure enough i woke up. It was but a dream because such marvelous tales make you wonder if such a person could ever really exist
