But xbox was 500$, so your point is moot on that. Besides pc is a longer term investment and has many more uses than ps4 and xbox combined. And depending on quality of parts, 100x more gaming power. Honestly I play anything but Xbox, since microsoft are pretty dickish. Hell they were talking about pulling an ea games type stunt where you would have to bind any physical disc game to the console, making it impossible to lend a game to a friend.

I have a PS4 that my parents bought for me, your point is moot XD Also, I have a lot of troubles comprehending drivers and why I need to update them and whatnot. My laptop, which is good for general purpose computery things has an intel hd 3000 which is my biggest letdown...still runs PS CC no problem. I also started and grew up on consoles, and, a lot of younger generations do, even now. I know my PS4 has planned obsolescence and will be preceded by the PS5 (because I can predict the future) I come to terms with this, but, I don't have that kind of cash just lying around, and I don't have the space for it either. I have one room in the house in which my stuff is, and a computer has no place. Next £500 ($750 USD) purchase I intend to make is a gecko, vivarium, IR lamps, UV lamps, heaters, sand, newspapers, some plastick rocks, a plastic log, feed insects and storage (Including minifridge) All together that's a 10 year commitment purchase, which is the same setup costs and term time for Destny - but, it lives and can love me back XD
