My number one advantage given to XB1 is the controller. It is hands down better, and hopefully a third party Xbox style controller will be released for the PlayStation 4 soon. I have man hands and I feel like I am gonna snap the PlayStation controller sometimes, plus it small size and stick locations puts my hands in a awkward position that gets very uncomfortable pretty quick and leads to cramping.
Second is Xbox live rewards. After you make your live account there is a Microsoft site where you sign up for the rewards. This will give you cash back for all your store purchases. Buy a game earn points, reach gamerscore milestones earn points, buy a movie or TV show earn points, there is probably more ways that I can't remember at the moment. Every month your points earned get converted into cash, a gift card of sorts that can be used to make purchases through the marketplace. I had noticed that my Xbox live yearly fee could easily be paid by this if built up over the year and I would still have extra to put towards games.
As far as games I don't notice too much of a difference(well not with destiny), if they are there they are very minor.
Titanfall is fun as hell to play and definitely worth the reduced price tag since its been out awhile.
That's the main things I can think of at the moment hope it helps.
