Better controller - both ergonomics (triggers are much better) and build quality (ps4 controller has plastic hinges for the triggers that are susceptible to breaking). Ps4 has better hardware and is much faster in performing operations, but I like the os of the xbox better - although some things are hard to navigate to / find. Games wise there ain't too many notable xbox exclusives, but if you have never had an xbox the halo MCC is a must and a good buy for the price. If you have the cash (and friends on the system - this is a bigger deal than you first think) then why not?!? ;)
