You could always try restoring your licenses on the Xbox One. Maybe the 360 licenses will carry over.

  • This has already been answered.
Unfortunately, content is platform specific. The expansion pass upgrades under a special offer, but most items are limited to the platform on which they are purchased/redeemed.
• Yeah, I can read. I wasn't satisfied with the answer and my recommendation takes just a few minutes to try.

  • No. Your idea doesnt work. 1. Xbox doesnt have a restore license button. 2. All console specific pre-orders are "console specific"

  • 360 does. You're saying X1 doesn't?

  • That has nothing to do with lisences. Thats just to redownload anything. To actually have the lisence on an xbox you had to have either. A. Bought the item yourself. B. Home consoled someones profile and they bought it. (Doesnt work with all DLC) We have licenses sure but we can choose when to restore them. Like on the 360 you can lisence transfer.

  • Has nothing to do with it. Fact is redownloading crap isnt the same as restoring a license. Like on the 360 you press license trasnfer and it restore your licenses. On the xbox one all you can do is redownload crap. And the guy said it didnt work. Just like it wont work here. 1. Its console specific. 2. Licenses arnt the same on the xbox one.

  • Stop being such a troll. Only thing worse than a troll is someone trolling help forums. I already proved you wrong, I don't expect you to admit it just stop arguing and spreading misinformation. Proof is here https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 unless you're saying Bungie as a whole doesn't understand licenses for software.

  • They dont. It should be obvious by all the times they have played with the community on the xbox. Like i was saying the license itself is attached to the account. As long as the account is on your console you can download anything you have already bought. This doesnt count for things bought or downloaded on the 360. It wont let you download anything with the exception of season passes without re-buying it. In order to have a license for an account/game/dlc that iten has to have been bought on the xbox one. Only way a friend can get it is to "Home xbox" someone elses account. From there you can only share your license with one person at a time 3 times a year. Because its attached to the account itself. But if YOU dont have your account "Home xbox"'ed then you cant play anything offline. No games, dlc, nothing. Because again. Its attached to the account itself.

Nope this the same topic. Got mad cuz i tried to help. Your trying to explain something to someone but you dont even have the console yourself. You cant suggest how to fix things without knowing the console. Sure i can tell someone on a ps to restore there licenses but in reality i would have no clue because i dont own that system. Like you dont own an xbox one.

  • Tell that to the bungie forum person. Fact is, you usually don't download crap without downloading a license with it.
