What is the "Yoink" medal?
Was [url=http://www.bungie.net/images/News/Inline10/052810/yoink.jpg]this[/url] in the Beta?
If so, did anyone get it? What did it mean?
If not, what will it mean in the final game?
Is it akin of that achievement from Halo 3, "Maybe next time, buddy!"

Yoink refers to stealing, perhaps a kill stealer's medal.

The other person gets the killing spree, but that's just like killing a flag carrier. The medal could be for hijacking a hijacked vehicle. The icon is similar to "Maybe next time, buddy."

Also, why would you get a medal for something someone else did that you responded to AKA revenge, killjoy, killed flag carrier, killed bomb carrier, etc. etc?

Obviously the 15 kills no deaths medal is called "Save this film" and not "Perfection" right? Achievements can/will have different names then medals.

It's most likely for killing some one and then stealing the objective.
