Gun Stats Skew Reason

I think the reasons why Bungie sees the usage of guns as stated has more to do with the ammo penalty and lack of hot swap loadouts plus tying PvP and PvE together. Instead of constantly tinkering and causing more issues I think they need to do the following: 1. Separate PvP and PvE gun buffs and nerfs. 2. Remove ammo penalty. 3. Remove emotes and add hot swap load-out for guns and ammo. I know I would love to swap my load-outs during strikes, raids and story modes but don't because Bungie punishes the player. Because of this I stick with the best loadout to run the entire strike not the best guns I want to use for each section. It's obvious autos will dominate since they are a multifunctional. You can spray bullets at swarms or tap trigger for pulse like shots. Keep nerfing autos and they'll hurt the overall experience because they are not fixing the root cause. If you have IB you can swap between sniper and fusion when you have time. Heavies are picked by favorite type. To me these decisions are a direct result of Bungie's decision to force rather than allow players to quickly change the items they want to use playing the game. Just curious what others think about the real reason the gun stats are the way Bungie sees them.
